• Choose your tasks for the week
• Write your goal where provided
• As your child completes the task you can add a star
• Once your child successfully completes a week of that task, they achieve their goal!

Talk to your child about how they’re feeling regularly and encourage them to use the faces to describe how they feel on the chart. Help them describe using the keywords provided and if they can get back to the green zone, show them on the chart by replacing them with a green face! 🙂 You have free reign to decide whether you want to mark the emotion at the end of each day, each week or as you go along. The bottom line is to reward positive behaviour and ignore negative behaviour and this really works on my toddler with SEN needs.
